Shipment Time
We do not ship overseas
We will endeavour to have your order shipped within 1 to a maximum of 2 full business day after the order is made Sydney Time ( or sooner ), we do not offer same day shipping or Saturday delivery. Please allow 1 extra business day when there is a sale event and when a week has a public holiday. please note that these times are not a guarantee and solely depends on how busy we are.
Weekend shipments, Weekend orders will be shipped as follows:
Friday and Saturday orders will be shipped Monday and Tuesday
Sunday and Monday orders will be shipped Tuesday and Wednesdays
Free Shipping
Orders $99.00 or more will be shipped Free Standard Postage unless Express picked, if multiple free post orders are made to the same address, these orders may be combined.
It is still Australia Post policy that they can safe drop unless you contact the post office and OPT OUT the only way to ensure No Safe Drop is use a parcel locker or PO Box.
PLEASE NOTE: If your parcel has been safe dropped, Flavour World will take NO responsibility at all for any lost, stolen items
Shipping additional info
Shipment Tracking
All shipments will have a tracking number in order you can track your item through the Australia Post website, once the tracking site states the item has been delivered, the item will be deemed as delivered and there can be no recourse against Flavour World.
Postage Damage and Replacement Gtee
Flavour World will replace any order that is lost by Australia Post except in the case where the tracking advises item has been delivered or an incorrect address was given by the customer, if an item is returned to Flavour World, you will be responsible to pay to have the item shipped out again to the correct address.
Orders will be replaced once Australia Post confirms the order has been lost.
Any orders that have contents damaged, for example a broken bottle, Flavour World will credit any item broken on receipt of a picture of the damage when the parcel was opened and individual pictures of the broken bottles, we need these pictures to claim our insurance, all damaged goods will be a credit on your Flavour World account only and not replaced.
Missing Items
Flavourworld do a order and stock check each day before and after orders are processed to ensure all products were sent out correctly, each order is double checked to ensure its correct, however it is still possible that something was overlooked. Please check your order on arrival and advise us within 48 hours after the order has been received if there is something wrong. Flavourworld will not accept claims or replace missing items after 48 hours of Australia Post advising your order was delivered.
Amendments and Changes
Flavour World orders cannot be amended, changed or added to once paid, your order can only be cancelled and refunded if a tracking number has not been issued, if a tracking number has been issued we can cancel and refund your order minus the shipping cost
Delivery Time
Domestic Shipments: Packages shipped domestically via Express Post are typically delivered within 1-4 business days depending on the location, Standard post is 4-10 days.
Refund & Return Policy
If you change your mind after you have paid for an order and the order has not been shipped you can request a cancellation and full refund, we will process the refund within 24 hours and may take 4-10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider
In the case that you receive an incorrect, broken or item different from the sample shown then we will either refund the purchase price of that item, replace the item or issue a store credit at our discretion.
Should you wish to return any non consumable products, contact us for a return number and return them in their original condition and once received we will issue a refund for these products.
Under Health & Safety we cannot accept the return of Flavour Concentrates, as we cannot resell them but will do our best to assist you, however it is important that you know what you are purchasing and it is fit for that purpose.
