A  light cream, very useful for blending with other ingredients. this is called sweet cream, but it is not really that sweet, but can lend an all-around milky character to other ingredients.
Very Strong start mixing at only 0.5%
Please just be aware that since this is an all natural flavour, it is very delicate. It should smell milky, with light buttermilk/cheesy notes. This flavour does not need refrigeration, and will not spoil.
