NY cheesecake, AP and zepolla made a great base for a doughnut.
we used cap vanilla custard and caramel to make that sticky caramel glaze and then the star of the show Capella sugar cookie was the perfect choice to give that crispy croissant like flavour and feel the sugary side of sugar cookie worked perfectly into the caramel glaze to give us a complete caramel glazed kronut.
We have used 2 seperate sweeteners Cotton Candy and Sucralose, Cotton Candy is used as its a much better option in bakery and perfect for a caramel glaze but we also used Sucralose just to give you that sticky mouth feel to imitate a real caramel glaze.
