High Tide Mai Tai - November 2018 Winner

I have created a Mai Tai for the #diydownunder November Challenge. This is my take on a tropical Mai Tai. You get the coconut rum, with the Jamaican rum. Then I added mandarin to create that syrupy orange flavour with a golden pineapple.
You get that beautiful orange syrup taste with rum and the pineapple and coconut.
You will receive 1 x 10mls of the following concentrates, simply use the below percentages
4% Coconut Rum Super Concentrate ( WF )
2% Mandarin ( FA )
3% Golden Pineapple ( CAP )
2% Jamaican Rum ( FA )

Nice coconut and Rum Flavours. Off the shake just a touch of pineapple comes through for me. Thinking of adding just 0.5% supersweet and TFA sweet cream @1.5% and steep for a week or 2. Overall its OK. It will be interesting to see how these flavours develop with time and a good steep.
