Virginia Fire Cured is a strong, smoky and slightly woody style flavour.
Use Virginia Fire Cured  on its own for its heady aroma, or combine it with other flavours or spices in your own blend. Start at 0.5% to 1%. Virginia Fire Cured flavour is strong

We import Flavor West concentrates directly from the manufacturer in the USA. We recommend starting with a 10% mix and increasing according to taste. Please note some flavours do vary in strength which is why we recommend to start mixing in small batches with low flavouring to start.
