oh the choices! So much amazing input into this months challenge which has certainly made the final recipe difficult to refine but in a good way. There were so many amazing ideas that I wouldn't have thought of if it wasn't for all the cool people offering their amazing ideas & input.
What we have ended up with is a lovely full soft doughnut with a little icing and wonderful lemon scented custard filling. This one needs to be steeped for at least a week & the results are gorgeous!
