Notice: Australia Post is experiencing long delays nationwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All mail to all addresses, including Express Post, will be delayed by three to eight business days or more due to the unprecedented volume of mail moving through the system and the lack of domestic flights. We are not able to affect the delivery speed of your parcel, and we do not have access to any more information than you can see on the Australia Post parcel tracking website. If your enquiry relates to an order that has already been shipped, please contact Australia Post directly on 13 13 18, however if it has been at least 8 business days after the due delivery date, please contact us and we will lodge a trace
